Linda Stewart Evaluation Garden

Located south of the parking lot, the Linda Stewart Evaluation Garden is an area providing both sunny and shaded growing areas for herbaceous perennials and annuals to be evaluated for their adaptability and suitability to the Wichita environment and climate conditions. Staff and volunteers evaluate the plant materials for hardiness, heat and wind tolerance, seasonal interest and resistance to pests and diseases.
